Bottom of the suction bell on the surface of which posistor heaters are placed is non-removable component part of box frame being heated made of perforated metal with high thermal conductivity placed inside of the oil suction chamber, it is directly connected by pipeline with suction cavity of oil pump of the engine, at that the inner volume of box frame being heated forms 0.60 - 0.80 of volume of the oil suction chamber being heated, and volume of the oil suction chamber being heated is in its turn equal to 0.10 - 0.15 of volume of part of engine pan filled with oil.
