Дополнительно удаляют сухожилия mm. flexor hallucis longus et digitorum longus из внутреннего удлиненного до средней трети голени сечения по внутренней лодыжкой. Спосіб ампутації стопи включає викроювання підошовного та дорсального шкірно-фасціальних клаптів, видалення м'язів трьох фасціальних футлярів підошовної поверхні стопи, пересічення або екзартикуляція кісток стопи з подальшим формуванням кукси. Додатково видаляють сухожилки mm. flexor hallucis longus et digitorum longus із внутрішнього подовженого до середньої третини гомілки розтину за внутрішньою кісточкою.
