Zusammenfassung:	The proposed method for measuring moisture of product, specifically salt of alkaline metal iodide, consists in measuring the capacity of the product and determining the moisture content in the product by using the experimental characteristic. The capacity is determined by placing the sample into a vial made of quartz glass, which is installed between the semi-cylindrical plates of a capacitor so that the plates tightly fit the vial surface, connecting the capacitor to a regulated alternating voltage source, and measuring the current through the capacitor and the voltage across the capacitor.
