Zusammenfassung:	An invention relates to the field of water treatment. A method for water purification from radioactive nuclides of 90Sr is carried out by treatment with a mixture of salts of Fe(II) and Fe(III) with weight ratio of ions of Fe(II) and Fe(III), being equal to (6-4):1, respectively, at the total dose thereof of 140-170 mg/dm3 and subsequent precipitation with alkali. The realisation of the proposed method provides a degree of water purification from 90Sr of 73-80%, forming a small volume of ferriteresidue at small consumption of reagents.
