description The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the surgery and is intended for improving the efficacy of the surgical treatment of inguinal hernia in the women. The technique comprises opening the inguinal canal through its anterior wall, resecting the hernial sac dislocating its stump under the muscular layer. The dublicature hernioplasty then follows. The inguinal canal with its content is removed completely. With this aim, the round uterine ligament is dissected from the internal ring of the inguinal canal to its terminal part beyond the external ring. In the site of intersection, the stump of the ligament is ligated and covered in reproperitoneal space with the aid of buried sutures closing the internal ring. The inguinal space is removed by descending lower edge of the internal oblique and transverse muscles to the inguinal ligament. When the dublicature of the aponeurosis of the oblique muscle of abdomen is generated, the external inguinal ring is sewed tightly.
