To increase effectiveness of cleaning, the slime is treated with water solution of the mix of oxalic acid and surface-active substance with concentration of those in the mix being respectively 1-4 and 0.05-0.2 mass %; at that the volumetric ratio of the reagent : slime is kept at 1-3:1. As surface-active substance one uses oxi-ethylized fat alkyl-phenols or alcohols, or acids, sulfo-ethoxylates, alkyl-benzosulfonates, alkyl-sulfates, alken-sulfonates, alkyl-sulfonates.
