Zusammenfassung:	The proposed method for determining the content of carbofuran (furadan) in biological objects by thin-layer chromatography consists in extracting carbofuran by mix of acid and alcohol, purifying the extract by hexane, and reducing the extract by 30 cm3 of chlorophorm. As the solvent in the chromatography process, mix of benzene with ethylacetate is used, with the ratio of 2:1 between the mix content, and as the developer, 0.02 % solution of diazonium (concentrated red die B) in ethanol is used.
