Zusammenfassung:	The proposed combined ionizing radiation detector contains a casing with two windows ant a side radiation reflector. In the casing, an organic scintillator based on activated paraterphenyl and a scintillator based on a NaI(TI) monocrystal are installed. For the optical coupling between the detector elements, composite material based on polysiloxane rubber is used. As the organic scintillator, a crystal of activated paraterphenyl of 4 ... 6 mm in thickness is used. The composite material based on polysiloxane rubber contains 48 ... 72 % by mass of phenyl links.
