Zusammenfassung: | The method for the combined utilization of the components of the hydrazine-containing liquid propellant and the nitric acid containing oxidizers comprises the acid treatment of the non-symmetrical dimethyl hydrazine in the medium of lower aliphatic alcohol. The products obtained upon the treatment of nitric acid containing oxidizers with water or water - air/oxygen mixture (until the complete conversion of nitrogen oxides to 40-68% nitric acid) are used as the acidic mixture for the acid treatment of hydrazine-containing components as stated above. The hydrazine-containing components of the propellant are treated in aqueous or aqueous-and-alcoholic medium at the temperature of -20...+20 DEGREE c for 10-100 minutes at a 1.00-2.10 molar ratio of nitric acid and hydrazine or hydrazine derivatives. The products of such a treatment represent the mixture of the salts. The latter are further isolated as the solids or the solutions with salt concentration of 25-97 %. Alternatively, the non-symmetrical dimethyl hydrazine is subjected to the acid treatment in the medium of lower aliphatic alcohol. The aqueous solutions of HNO3 produced in accordance with variant 1 of the method proposed are further treated with oxides, hydroxides or carbonates of the metals. The components of the liquid propellant are subjected to the acid treatment in the aqueous, alcoholic, or aqueous-and-alcoholic medium according to the proposed regimens, and the salts are isolated in solid state and/or in the state of the concentrated solutions. |
