Zusammenfassung:A method for the incorporation of reagents into metal melt and mixing thereof is performed by incorporation of actuating medium including layerwise placement of dosed amount of reagents in the form of ring elements to the actuating medium container, forced immersion of the filled container into the melt, mixing the melt with jet and vortex flows, keeping the actuating medium in the melt up to melting thereof with a simultaneous mixing and incorporation of deoxidizing and/or alloying and/or curative and/or modifying additives. Groups of ring elements of different reagents are placed in the actuating medium container in horizontal layers, whichmelting is performed serially beginning from outer upper and bottom layers and finishing by the middle one and container elements. Pulse gas liquid reaction jets flowing out from the actuating medium are formed by means of reaction mover. Apparatus for the incorporation of reagents into the metal melt and mixing thereof has the actuating medium equipped with reaction mover acting on the melt to be treated, represents vortex and jet mixer, and is made in the form of container of metal filled layerwise, in the form of ring elements. Groups of ring elements of different reagents are disposed in the container of actuating medium in horizontal layers, in compartments formed by partitions of melt components separating layers. The reaction mover is made in the form of two reactors placed outside the container, coaxially between them and container. Each reactor includes the source of kinetic energy and guide elements for forming reactive jets, and also stepped heat screen encompassing them and having the amount of steps thereof corresponds to the amount of horizontal layers of reagents, and thickness is selected on the condition of dissolving simultaneously with layers.
