Carbonyl nickel powder is preliminarily granulated, then a billet is pressed at a pressure of 150 - 700 MPa, then it is heated to the temperature of 900 - 1350 DEGREE C and packed with deformation rate of 0.4 - 2.0 m/s. Then the billet is annealed at a temperature of 1000 - 1050 DEGREE C. Invention provides production of nonporous isotropic articles with yield point less than 100 MPa, decrease of values of radial shrinkage and increase of technological effectiveness of equipment used for pressing articles.
