The upper part of the housing forms a circle, its lower end forms uniformly distributed same wave-like folds on the inner surfaces of which there are fixed light sources - tubular luminescent lamps; the housing has a unit for unfolding, with change of the angle of inclination of the light sources; at that the perimeter of the lower end of the housing is made with possibility to place the light sources in radial positions in one plane at unfolding.
