Zusammenfassung:	The method for the specific immunotherapy in the patients with the breast cancer comprises the resection of the primary cancer and its metastases, the cryodestruction, freeze-drying, the mechanochemical modification, the radioactivation and sterilization of the syngeneic cancer cells. Then the preparation obtained is injected intracutaneously. The method provides for increasing remission rate and inhibiting metastasizing with increasing relapse-free survival time.
