A method for loading the charge materials into the blast-furnace involves selecting separate portions of blast-furnace components to the funnel of small cone with the subsequent discharge of the selected material into the inter-cone space by lowering the small cone. The small cone is lowered during the period of time which provides a ratio of rate of horizontal displacement of materials in the small cone funnel from the area of disposition of "the crest" to the area of "cavity" to the rate of discharge of the amount of the selected portion more than one. The invention provides an increase in wear resistance of the loading mechanism, reducing the specific consumption of coke and specific output of the blast-furnace.
