Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the chemistry and technology of industrial explosives and can be used for breaking oversized pieces of mineral products, for pulse treatment of metals in metallurgy. The technical result of the invention consists in extending the assortment of explosives for manufacture of the explosive seismolayer and in reducing the cost price thereof. Essence of the invention consists in that colloxylin plasticized with dibutylphthalate is introduced to the known composition of seismolayer instead of polyisobutylene, and instead of hexogen of plant manufacture hexogen-containing explosive obtained by conversion is introduced.
