CHAINLESS MECHANISM OF PRODUCTION MACHINE FEEDING MOTION

Chainless mechanism of production machine feeding motion has toothed wheel and installed on holders of sections (of attached implements) of the conveyor, hinged to each other with connecting links, rail sections, those comprise a horizontal row of bobbins, fixed with constant space in between of those, between parallel slats, where the bearing one has long slots connected with pins with holders (of attached implements) of the conveyor. Holders (of attached implements) of the conveyor are equipped with long slots and support surfaces with possibility of contact with the support of one of the bobbins of the rail, and the support slot -at least with one support, with possibility of contact with any of neighboring holders, and with conical widening in the openings for the connected links fixation. At that, neighboring bearing slots are surrounded with connecting links, and the gap between the support surfaces of the pins and the long slots of the holder and bearing slot is constant along the whole length of the contact.
