description The proposed method of unification of external parameters of accumulator batteries when forming and charging the batteries in line production process consists in filling the batteries with electrolyte, grouping the batteries, placing the batteries into baths with cooling liquid, and forming the batteries after holding in the baths. The cooling liquid is supplied concurrently in all the baths by gravity, trough the pipelines of the recirculated water system, from the common pressure reservoir. Onreaching the upper limit level in the bath, excess liquid is drained in the accumulating vessel, fed first in the heat exchanger, and then in the pressure reservoir. Gases and aerosols released in the battery forming process are removed off each bath with uniform velocity in a result of ventilation gas exchange.
