Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to methods for determining the activity of alpha-particle radiation emitted by radionuclides in aerosols. The proposed method consists in acquiring and processing data on the results of spectral or radiometric analysis of the alpha-particle radiation while recording the coinciding indications of two alpha-particle radiation detectors in two sequential time intervals of length 1.5 ... 3 s and 700 ... 1000 s. The proposed method provides the possibility to compensate natural background radiation induced by alpha-particle flux in the decay of 220,222Rn radioisotope.
