Zusammenfassung:	The proposed quick-response multichannel infrared gas analyzer contains an infrared radiation source, an infrared radiation receiver with an interference filter, and a measuring cuvette and two reference cuvettes in each measurement channel. One of the reference cuvettes is filled with gas mix with maximal concentration, and the other cuvette is filled with gas mix with minimal concentration of the analyzed gas. The measuring cuvettes and reference cuvettes of all the measurement channels are installed in a common tubular casing with connecting flanges. The radiation source, radiation receiver, and interference filter are designed as a single unit, to which the cuvettes are connected. The reference cuvette contains a device for dispersing gas flow and a device for compensating fluctuations of gas pressure.
