Zusammenfassung:	A method for prognosting of the destructive pancreatitis clinical course by physiological index estimation and score calculation consists in additional measuring of bilirubin and plasma protein levels. Anamnesis and clinical data are estimated, and indices are divided into groups and if the score sum not exceeds 16 than the easy clinical course is diagnosed, if the sum is from 17 to 51 - the middle severity level, if the sum is more than 52 scores , than the severe clinical course of destructive pancreatitis is diagnosed.
