Zusammenfassung:	The proposed device for automatically determining content of magnetite iron in iron ore contains an inductive transducer, an oscillator, an ore layer thickness transducer, a computing unit, a digital display unit, and additionally, a reference inductive transducer and a switching unit. The outputs of the inductive transducers are connected to the corresponding inputs of the switching unit. The output of the switching unit is connected to the first input of the computing unit. The second input of the computing unit is connected to the output of the ore layer thickness transducer, the first output is connected to the input of the displaying unit, and the second output is connected to the control input of the switching unit.
