Zusammenfassung: | A method for obtaining epoxy composite coating consists in applying adhesive layer on metal base with subsequent polymerization thereof, thereafter surface layer is applied with subsequent hardening of coating. The adhesive layer of depth of 0.10-0.12 mm is applied by a method of pneumatic sputtering and polymerized for 10-15 minutes at the temperature of 333-353 K. The surface layer is applied of depth of 1.0-1.5 mm with subsequent hardening of coating for 24+- 0.5 hours at the temperature of 293-298 K, at that filling agent is introduced in the surface layer after ultrasonic treatment of epoxy oligomer. |
