Zusammenfassung:A method for obtaining DNA from biological objects includes destruction of cells, simultaneous lysis of cells, extraction of DNA specimens and cleaning thereof of cellular debris, which is performed by a complex action of chloroform and buffer, which is composed of sucrose, triton X-100, Tris-HCl (pH 7.5-8), EDTA and water. The lysis of cellular wall, extraction and DNA cleaning of cellular debris are carried out in one stage for not less one hour at the temperature of +20 DEGREE C...+70 DEGREE C and buffer, which is composed in addition of sodium acetate and complex of non-ionic surface active substances with hydrated peroxide.
