A method for charging wells with emulsion explosive substance includes operations of working on stationary site initial components of emulsion explosive substances, with pumping the initial components of emulsion explosive substance to the tanks of the mixing-charging machine, bringing to the charging block, preparation of ready mix of emulsion explosive substance in mixing-charging machine on the basis of initial components of emulsion explosive substance with its simultaneous supply to the well. Between the stationary site of initial components of emulsion explosive substance preparation and the charging block one forms filling site on the base of vehicle transport-carrier equipped with pressure pipeline system with tanks for the input components of emulsion explosive substance, and technological water. In the process of charging wells one performs control of flow rate of initial components in the tanks of the mixing-charging machines and, after emptying tanks with initial components of the emulsion explosive substance, the mixing-charging machine is taken out from the zone of the charging block to the filling site. As initial components of the emulsion explosive substance for filling the mixing-charging machine one uses two components, one - as emulsion matrix, and the other one - as sensitizer, those are preliminarily worked on stationary site for preparation of emulsion explosive substance with following dispatch of those to the filling site by means of the vehicle transport-carrier with pumping the worked initial components of emulsion explosive substance to the tanks of the mixing-charging machine.
