PNEUMATIC DIAPHRAGM DIFFERENTIAL

The pneumatic diaphragm differentiator contains a housing with an air supply line with a throttle, signal converters in the form of two pressure transducers connected to the housing, and an output rod. The pressure transducers are spring-loaded main diaphragms with a first stem and an additional diaphragm with a second stem, hermetically connected to the housing at the periphery and forming the main and additional chambers with it. In this case, the additional chamber is connected to the air supply line through a throttle, and the main chamber is connected directly. The main chamber additionally contains a first summing lever connected in the middle part to the main diaphragm rod, at one end through one bracket to the additional diaphragm rod, and at the other end to one end of the additional linkage, the second end of which is connected to the middle part of the second additional summing lever connected at one end through the second bracket to the additional diaphragm rod, and at the other end to the output linkage.
