Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the experimental endocrinology and transplantology and is intended for modeling the severe pancreato-insular insufficiency. The method comprises laparotomy and postoperative substitution insulin therapy. Upon laparotomy in the animal, the duodenum is mobilized, the pancreas is resected totally with the duodenum and the distal third of the stomach. The cut choledoch is ligated. The continuity of the digestive tube is restored by anastomosing end-to-end the gastric stump with the initial part of jejunum. Then biliodigestive cholecysto-jejunoanastomosis is applied side-to-side as well as Braun's intestinal anastomosis with the afferent part of the jejunum being sewed tightly. Postoperatively, the substitution insulin therapy is performed. The proposed novel technique represents the effective method for modeling the severe pancreato-insular insufficiency. |
