Zusammenfassung:The method for sanitization of the peritoneal cavity in the destructive pancreatitis comprises the insertion of four drainage tubes and the filling ofthe washing liquid. In addition, the omental bursa is drained locally by two separate outlet tubes in the area of the pancreas. The bioinert containers with Sorbogel are applied close to pancreas. The effluent venous blood is sanified by recanalization of the umbilical vein.
