Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for the thermal treatment of cakes contains heat-insulated body, distribution grid, conveyer, branch pipe for delivery of heat carrier, branch pipe for outlet of used heat carrier, dosing devices for delivery of cakes and discharge thereof. The conveyer can be made as scraper chain or bucket. From under the grid and above the conveyer several branch pipes for heat carrier delivery are disposed axially one to another so that the working surface of conveyer be blocked. The branch pipe for heat carrier outlet is disposed on the body in the point of conveyer turn.
