Zusammenfassung:	The method for predicting the resistance of the psychic disorders to the psychotropic therapy comprises the analysis of the electroencephalogram. At the beginning of the treatment, alpha rhythm and theta rhythm as well as their ratio are analyzed. The insufficient synchronization predicts the positive clinical effect while the excess of the synchronization suggests the development of the resistance.
