The exciter of dynamic loading of the transport-starting container of rocket contains upper bottom with the O-ring seal interacting with internal surface of the housing of container, powder pressure accumulators installed on the lower bottom, and cylindrical pan for fastening of rocket on the upper bottom. For increasing the operating characteristics the exciter is equipped with a flat ring mounted coaxially with cylindrical pan with possibility of displacement in horizontal plane and located above O-ring seal. On the flat ring additional O-ring seals interacting with internal surface of the housing of container, and two end seals interacting in accordance with upper end of upper bottom and lower end of annular protrusion of cylindrical pan are installed. The vertical bolts evenly located along the circle are installed on the annular protrusion of cylindrical pan, contacting by lower ends with intermediate ring, mounted between the flat ring and annular protrusion of cylindrical pan.
