Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides a steel coil flatcar, which is configured to raise and transport steel coils. The steel coil flatcar comprises a fixing chuck, plural wheels, a raising device, a covering structure, and a sensing device. The plural wheels are disposed at the bottom of the fixing chuck, and are configured to drive the fixing chuck to move. The raising device is disposed on the fixing chuck, and there is a sensed unit disposed on a surface of the raising device. The covering structure covers the raising device. There is an opening section disposed on the sidewall of the covering structure. The sensing device is disposed in the opening section of the covering structure. The sensing device is configured to sense a position of the sensed unit, in order to receive a moving signal of the raising device.
