A virtual exercise trainer system includes a trainer-side electronic device, a trainee-side electronic device and a management server. The trainer-side/trainee-side electronic device receives an action demonstration/practice video captured by a trainer-side/trainee-side image shooting device when a trainer/trainee changes from a first posture to a second posture, and through a predetermined human posture tracking algorithm, the action demonstration/practice video is analyzed to obtain a plurality of tracking points corresponding to a plurality of demonstrated first positions/practiced first positions of the first posture and a plurality of demonstrated second positions/practiced second positions of the second posture, and a plurality of demonstration movement speeds/practice movement speeds from the first posture to the second posture, then the aforementioned data is compared to generate a plurality of variance data, and an error part prompt video will be further produced and played.
