Zusammenfassung:	A sinus lift bone graft delivery device includes a bone graft accommodating tube, a pushing element and a resisting and positioning element. The bone graft accommodating tube has a first opening, a second opening and a bone graft accommodating space. The first opening is opposite to the second opening. The bone graft accommodating space is formed between the first opening and the second opening, and the bone graft accommodating space has an inner wall. The pushing element is detachably inserted into the bone graft accommodating tube, and has a pushing portion. The pushing portion is configured to detachably abut against the inner wall of the bone graft accommodating space. The resisting and positioning element is disposed on the pushing element, and the resisting and positioning element is configured to detachably abut against the bone graft accommodating tube and close the second opening of the bone graft accommodating tube.
