Graphene dispersion preparation method and its application

A graphene dispersion preparation method is disclosed in the present invention. The method includes three steps. First, provide graphene and inducing agent. The inducing agent includes sodium silicate solution. Second, mix graphene and inducing agent together. At last, obtain the dispersion of graphene after using probe sonication. The dispersion of graphene has sodium silicate intercalation between the graphene sheets. Using sodium silicate solution to prepare the dispersion of graphene has non-toxic, environmentally friendly, long-term, and highly stable dispersion characteristics. Due to these advantages, the dispersion of graphene can be employed in preparing graphene composite film for various applications in electronic fields. The present invention also provides a method for preparing graphene composite films.
