Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical sheet in which, when optical sheets are taken out one by one from a laminate in which a plurality of optical sheets are stacked, the problem of taking out a plurality of optical sheets during one-time taking-out (multiple taking-out) is difficult to occur. This optical sheet has a surface protective film, a polarizing plate, and a release film in this order, wherein the coefficient of dynamic friction between the surface protective film and the release film is 0.40 or less. It is preferable that the abundance ratio of silicon atoms on the surface of the release film on the opposite side from the polarizing plate is 3% or more.
