Zusammenfassung:	This refrigerator is provided with a refrigerator body and a door which opens and closes a cold storage compartment within the refrigerator body. The door is provided with an illuminance sensor. The illuminance sensor has a light sensor (37) installed inside the door and directed toward the lower end surface of the door. A light guide member (38) for guiding external light to the light sensor (37) is provided inside the door. The front end (40) of the light guide member (38) is installed at the lower part of the door and is configured to introduce light from the front.
