Zusammenfassung:	In an inkjet coating liquid controlling device 1A of this invention, a cycling route for the coating liquid of an inkjet head IJ is composed of a supplying channel 5A and a returning channel 7A for the coating liquid leading to the inkjet head IJ and a controlling tank 3A connected to the channels and storing the coating liquid. The device includes a negative pressure generating mean 20A generating a negative pressure corresponding to a sum of a meniscus pressure at nozzles NZ of the inkjet head IJ and a pressure equivalent to a lift of the controlling tank 3A. The negative pressure generating mean applies the negative pressure to the controlling tank 3A.
