Zusammenfassung:A search management method provides to proceed data search management for intelligent right database containing patent data. Firstly, according to the search rules and monitoring list, automatically search intelligent right database to obtain citation information and issue notice message to the intelligent right data manager. Secondly, automatically analyze the citation information to obtain the analysis result of the citation information. Furthermore, according to the analysis result of citation information, update the search rules and the monitoring list, or generate analysis report in accordance with the analysis result of the citation information.
