Next, bonding each of collector plates to each of the collector plate-side gaskets respectively of the gaskets. Afterwards, injecting electrolytic solution into each of the interior spaces of the gaskets. Then arranging each of the solid electrodes inside a respective one of the gaskets and connecting one surface of each of the solid electrodes to a respective collector plate. After that, joining the pair of gaskets together such that the other surface of each of the solid electrodes confronts each other through the interposed separator.
