Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a hybrid drain used in a light-emitting device, comprising: a charge injection/transport material layer and a metal layer; the energy band of the charge injection/transport material is between the energy bands of an emissive material of the light-emitting device and the metal, bending the energy band of the emissive material to accumulate the counter charges opposite to those injected from the counter electrode; the charge injection/transport material comprises at least a material selected from a group of low-word function metals and their alloys, ionic salts, n-type molecules and conjugated polyelectrolyzes. The present invention may sustain a high external quantum efficiency (EQE) even at high brightness.
