Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an adhesive composition, an adhesive layer, an optical film with an adhesive layer, and a display device. The present invention aims to provide an adhesive composition that improves a durability and antistatic properties in a high-temperature environment. Provided is an adhesive composition which contains a first (meth)acrylic polymer (A), a second (meth)acrylic polymer (B), a cross-linking agent (C), and an antistatic agent (D). The adhesive composition contains the second (meth)acrylic polymer (B) in an amount of 1 part by mass or more and 50 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the first (meth)acrylic polymer (A). A surface resistance of a layer formed of the adhesive composition is less than 8.0*108 [Omega]/□.
