description This invention relates to a temple weight structure and glasses using this structure. The glasses are composed of spectacle frames and two temples arranged on both sides of the spectacle frames. Each of the temples has the temple weight structure which encompasses a mounting portion at the end of the temple. The mounting portion has a mounting slot whose inner edge surface is with at least one first inlay portion for embedding a counterweight. The counterweight consists of a mounting base whose outer edge has at least one second inlay portion corresponding to the first inlay portion and a weight mass fixed to the mounting base and located on the lateral head relative to the temple when the glasses are worn. By this design, the balance of the front and back ends of the glasses can be effectively maintained, so as to reduce the occurrence of the glasses pressing the bridge of the nose and sliding ahead, which effectively improves the wearing comfort.
