Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for inspecting and measuring the height of a trolley wire with high accuracy and reliability at low cost. This apparatus for inspecting and measuring the height of a trolley wire from a vehicle running on a track comprises: a reflection board that is provided beneath a collector head body of a pantograph provided on a rooftop of the vehicle; a laser length measurement sensor for measuring the distance to the reflection board by irradiating the reflection board with a laser beam; and an arithmetic operation device for calculating the height of the trolley wire from the track on the basis of the distance measured by the laser length measurement sensor.
