Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin sheet which, even after having undergone secondary forming, can retain a satisfactory touch and a formed article of the resin sheet. The resin sheet is a thermoplastic resin sheet which has flocky projections regularly arranged on at least one surface of a substrate layer, and the substrate layer and the flocky projections have no structural boundary therebetween and have formed a continuous phase, wherein the substrate layer and the flocky projections are constituted from a thermoplastic resin composition including a urethane-based elastomer and the urethane-based elastomer comprises a component (A) derived from a polyol having a number-average molecular weight of 450-900 and a component (B) derived from an aliphatic diol having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, the (A)/(B) molar ratio being 60:40 to 88:12.
