Zusammenfassung:	An electronic device having a casing, a circular frame and a display is provided in this disclosure. A panel is arranged at one side of the casing, a circular opening is defined on the panel, and a first fixing structure is arranged on an inner edge of the circular opening. The circular frame is arranged in the circular opening and rotatable so as to closes the round opening, a second fixing structure is arranged on an outer edge of the circular frame, and the second fixing structure is limited by the first fixing structure. The display is embedded in the circular frame and exposed on the panel, so that the display can be rotated according to various placements of the casing.
