The PTFE composite powder comprises PTFE powder, inorganic powder and a surface treating agent, wherein the surface of the PTFE powder is coated with the inorganic powder to form an inorganic powder layer, and the inorganic powder layer is coated with the surface treating agent. In the obtained composite material, the compatibility of the PTFE composite powder and the matrix polymer is better than that in the prior art, so that the additive amount is larger, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the composite material are smaller, and the composite material is suitable for being used as a 5G material.
