Zusammenfassung:A system and a method for an intelligent commercial geography analysis are provided. The method includes: selecting at least one observation point; selecting at least one observation block around each observation point; collecting observation data of each observation block, wherein the observation data of each observation block includes telecommunication data, crowd data, public data, point-of-interest data, and/or store data of the observation block; and performing analysis based on the observation data of the observation blocks, so as to generate a prediction model respectively for at least one operation index. The present invention further provides a computer-readable medium for performing the method for the intelligent commercial geography analysis.
