Zusammenfassung:	This method for separating and detecting exosomes comprises: a complex formation step for contacting a biological sample with a capture molecule, said capture molecule containing a substance specifically binding to an antigen expressed on cancer cell surface, to form an exosome-capture molecule complex; and a detection step for contacting the complex with a detection molecule, said detection molecule containing a substance specifically binding to an antigen expressed on cancer cell surface and a labeling substance, and then detecting the complex with the use of the detection molecule, wherein, in the capture molecule and/or the detection molecule, the antigen expressed on cancer cell surface is cell surface vimentin.
