Zusammenfassung:	An electric vehicle transmission method comprises the steps of: detecting a shift command; determining if the shift instruction conflict, if conflicting, returning to the step of the detecting a shift command, if no conflicting, going to next step; to a synchronized position, a fork driving a synchronizer so that the synchronizer moves from an original gear position to a synchronized position, the fork not moving during a synchronization time; and to a target gear position, the fork driving the synchronizer again so that the synchronizer moving to the target gear position.
