Zusammenfassung:	An object of the present invention is to provide a heating and processing device capable of compactly and continuously heating and processing food material. To achieve the object, the heating and processing device is equipped with: a tunnel type heating chamber; a delivering means arranged so as to pass through the interior of the heating chamber; a high-temperature superheated steam generator disposed in the heating chamber; and a low-temperature superheated steam generator for supplying the superheated steam toward the high-temperature superheated steam generator.
